Conditions:
A 50% deposit may
required to begin your job and the balance is due at time of delivery
unless other arrangements have been made and acknowledged by both parties.
Final payment due upon delivery of project. By accepting this estimate,
the industry trade customs are acknowledged by both parties. All that
appears on your project (including, but not limited to floppy disk,
electronic transmission, removable media, all hard copy, etc.) is unencumbered
by copyrights. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sansei
Type, its vendors liable for any copyright infringements, losses, expenses,
damages and costs resulting from neglect or oversight. In no event shall
Sansei Type be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental,
or consequential damage(s) whatsoever. Maximum liability is limited
to charges invoiced. By signing below, you agree to pay for the work
requested upon completion of said work, terms not withstanding. Customer
agrees to pay all collection costs and attorney fees necessary to collect
on past due accounts. Client is responsible for all proofing.
